[00:00:00] Taylor Tutor: Welcome to Ignite Cast, where ideas Spark action brought. You by the Community Development Foundation, your Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Engine for Tupelo and Lee County, thank you to our presenting sponsor, iHeartMedia for powering this season of Ignite Cast. I'm Taylor.

[00:00:36] Judd Wilson: I'm Judd,

[00:00:36] Taylor Tutor: and welcome to Ignite Cast.

[00:00:41] Judd Wilson: All right, we're here with another episode of AT Nightcast. You heard the intro, Taylor was in the intro, but I was gonna remind you in season seven, as you all know, Taylor is on maternity leave, so congratulations again Taylor. So I'm having to do this myself, but let me tell you something, today's guest, it'll [00:01:00] be easy to do this myself because Jenna is, has great conversation.

[00:01:04] Judd Wilson: She's easy to talk to. Jenna Harris. Welcome to at Nightcast. Ah,

[00:01:09] Jenna Harris: thank you. I am so excited to be here with you. So excited.

[00:01:12] Judd Wilson: We're glad to have you here. We're glad to have you here. Jenna, it's no different. I'm gonna ask you the same question we ask a lot of our leaders that kind of come in here. What's the best leadership tip Jenna's ever been given?

[00:01:24] Jenna Harris: I love this question. So I was thinking about it on the way here 'cause I have been given all kinds of leadership tips and leadership advice. And so I started thinking through in my head, what am I gonna say? What it's got, you know, it's gotta be the best one. And I kept thinking of all these leadership assets.

[00:01:40] Jenna Harris: And so I think there's a difference between a leadership asset and a leadership tip. You know? Yeah. So I have, I have one for, one for each. My best leadership tip I've ever been given is to be the leader that you would love to follow. You know, so I, and in my life, I think about the best leader I've ever followed.

[00:01:59] Jenna Harris: It was actually my [00:02:00] very first supervisor out of college. Very first job in the real world. I worked back in Indiana at a domestic violence shelter and my supervisor was, oh, like the epitome of wonderful supervision. She was incredible. And ever since then, in every role I've had, I've tried to emulate that.

[00:02:20] Jenna Harris: 'cause I knew what it felt like to serve under her, and I want others to feel like that. Yeah. When they're working with me.

[00:02:26] Judd Wilson: That's awesome.

[00:02:27] Jenna Harris: Oh, it was incredible. So be the leader. That you would love to follow.

[00:02:31] Judd Wilson: And you said attribute as well?

[00:02:33] Jenna Harris: Yes. So our greatest leadership asset and what that looks like.

[00:02:36] Jenna Harris: Yeah. So you know, you think through like Honesty's a good one. Collaboration's a good one. But I think our best leadership asset is actually our mindset.

[00:02:44] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:02:45] Jenna Harris: And how we control our thoughts. 'cause that's the driving force. And so if we can take our thoughts captive and harness that mindset, I believe that's our greatest leadership asset.

[00:02:54] Judd Wilson: Awesome. And we'll talk a little bit later, later about that, a little bit later in the podcast. What a great asset. What a [00:03:00] great asset. You mentioned already your first supervisor was in Indiana. Yes. Um, Jenna, you've really, you've kind of jumped in with both feet in the state of Mississippi. Uh, you're very involved in CDF and what we do here and what you do with Alzheimer's Association as well kind of talk about.

[00:03:17] Judd Wilson: You know, as a leader about kind of getting engaged where you are. Um, 'cause you've done such a great job at that.

[00:03:23] Jenna Harris: Well, thank you. I think it's so important to be involved where you are. Um, every year my husband and I set kind of a vision for the year and this year it was be where your feet are.

[00:03:31] Judd Wilson: Hmm.

[00:03:32] Jenna Harris: Get involved, meet the people, be where your feet are.

[00:03:36] Jenna Harris: And I really think that starts with knowing who's around you. Yeah. Getting to know people, going to the networking events, going out to restaurants, getting to know the people here. 'cause everyone has a story. Everyone has a story to tell.

[00:03:48] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:03:49] Jenna Harris: And so when you can connect with someone over stories, that's where the real collaboration and the real vision happens.

[00:03:57] Judd Wilson: That's awesome. That's awesome. So tell us kind of what [00:04:00] brought you from up north down here to Mississippi and, and how you got here and did you think five years ago you'd be in the state of Mississippi? Probably not.

[00:04:10] Jenna Harris: No, I did not. I honestly never thought I'd be down in Mississippi. I loved the Midwest.

[00:04:16] Jenna Harris: So I was born and raised in Ohio, small little town called Athens,

[00:04:19] Judd Wilson: OH

[00:04:20] Jenna Harris: io.

[00:04:21] Judd Wilson: See, I knew what to do. I knew what to do.

[00:04:22] Jenna Harris: Yes, yes. I loved growing up there. My family's still in Ohio, so born and raised Midwest. I actually never moved until I went to college. Okay. Grew up in the same house. Same town, yeah. Same school district.

[00:04:34] Jenna Harris: And then I went away to college in Indiana, so just stayed over.

[00:04:37] Judd Wilson: Yeah, yeah.

[00:04:38] Jenna Harris: Uh, but that's where I met my husband. And he is a Mississippi man. Okay, so he's from Olive Branch, Mississippi.

[00:04:44] Judd Wilson: Look at that.

[00:04:44] Jenna Harris: Yeah. And so. He went up north for college and we got married after we graduated and never did we think that we would be back down here in Mississippi.

[00:04:54] Jenna Harris: But um, so he's a football coach at Bellhaven University and that brought us down to Mississippi. Yeah, we got the [00:05:00] call one day and you know, would you like to coach at the collegiate level down in, down in Jackson, Mississippi?

[00:05:05] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:05:06] Jenna Harris: So we prayed about it and we talked with our mentors 'cause we loved our life in Indiana.

[00:05:10] Jenna Harris: Had no plans on moving. But you know, sometimes when you get comfortable that's when God laughs at you. Yeah. And says, you know what, here we go. And so now we're mississippians.

[00:05:19] Judd Wilson: So you mentioned mentors. Tell, tell us why that's important as a leader to have, have a mentor.

[00:05:24] Jenna Harris: You don't know it all. Yeah. You'll never know it all as much as we as leaders want to think that we have all the answers and know what's going on.

[00:05:32] Jenna Harris: It's just not true. Yeah. And especially as a young leader, it's so important to have those mentors. And so I can think of several off the top of my head that I have in my life. I actually have a mentor group that I meet with every other Wednesday morning, um, 7:00 AM So we get our coffee. It's virtual online.

[00:05:48] Jenna Harris: They're all back up in Indiana. Yeah. Yeah. But we meet with them. And just kind of talk through what's going on in your life right now, both personal life and professional life. How can we grow in our professions? What does it look like to grow as a leader and a [00:06:00] good leader?

[00:06:00] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:06:01] Jenna Harris: And then I, my boss that I mentioned earlier from my first job back up in Indiana, she's one of my mentors.

[00:06:06] Jenna Harris: I'll still text her, give her a phone call when I have questions or need help with something like, how would you handle this?

[00:06:12] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:06:13] Jenna Harris: And just getting that feedback, honest feedback. You know, they're not afraid to tell me when I'm wrong. Like, Jenna, you messed up. You messed up big time on that. And that's good.

[00:06:22] Jenna Harris: They're telling me that in love, but they're helping me grow.

[00:06:26] Judd Wilson: So when you get on, when you get on that zoom, do they say, Jenna, your accents change?

[00:06:31] Jenna Harris: They haven't said that yet. They haven't said it. And I'm still waiting for that Southern accent to

[00:06:34] Judd Wilson: come in. It'll come, it'll

[00:06:35] Jenna Harris: come. I started saying, y'all

[00:06:37] Judd Wilson: look at that.

[00:06:37] Judd Wilson: See

[00:06:37] Jenna Harris: I caught it. And I'm like, oh no. What am I saying? You

[00:06:40] Judd Wilson: wanna sit down with a, with a glass of sweet tea, you'll be fine.

[00:06:44] Jenna Harris: Yes, yes. I'm Wait. I'm just waiting on that to come in. So maybe next time around We'll. We'll have some accent there.

[00:06:49] Judd Wilson: So I've always been told, don't ask age, but I know you're Gen Z, right?

[00:06:52] Judd Wilson: Is it, do I have that right? That's correct. So kind of tell us the importance, um, as a Gen Z to, to maybe lean on other Gen Z folks or [00:07:00] other generations as well when you're looking for mentorship or other leaders. Kind of talk about the cross generational, you know, 'cause a lot of people say, oh, these kids today, but you're one of those kids today.

[00:07:10] Judd Wilson: I am. So tell us a little bit about that.

[00:07:12] Jenna Harris: Yeah. So transparently, I'm 26. I'll be 27 next month. So, you know, we're getting there. We're getting there. But yeah, so I am in that Gen Z and like you said, so many people, all those kids or the Gen Z doesn't wanna work nowadays. Gen Z does this or that. I wanna advocate for Gen Z.

[00:07:28] Jenna Harris: Yeah. You know, we have so many ideas and yes, they may be different than the way things have been, but different doesn't always mean wrong. Now sometimes, you know, there's. There's probability for wrong in there. Yeah, I'm not, I'm not saying everything Gen Z does is great. I'm just saying that there is opportunity for growth in both directions.

[00:07:46] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:07:46] Jenna Harris: So where that mentorship piece comes in, it's so important to learn from the generations above me. You know how they got to where they are, what work looks like in their life. Yeah. What did, what happens in their office from nine to five? 'cause it's different than what [00:08:00] happens in mine.

[00:08:01] Judd Wilson: Right.

[00:08:01] Jenna Harris: And if we want to continue to grow in our leadership, eventually there'll be generations under us.

[00:08:06] Judd Wilson: That's true.

[00:08:06] Jenna Harris: That are gonna be saying the same things, you know? And so it's always that cross generational leadership and I think that's so important.

[00:08:14] Judd Wilson: It is. It is. Great point, great point. So, as you know, at Night Cast is part, it's an official podcast of the at night leadership conference. You're no stranger to at night.

[00:08:24] Judd Wilson: You've been to at night before. Yes. And, and Jenna, actually, you were brought on stage. Uh, our, our, our speaker, Justin Forset, asked for a volunteer and we knew whose hand was gonna shoot up automatically.

[00:08:34] Jenna Harris: Oh yeah. If you need a volunteer, I'm

[00:08:36] Judd Wilson: your

[00:08:36] Jenna Harris: girl. Here I

[00:08:37] Judd Wilson: am. There it is. Get up on stage with, with Justin.

[00:08:40] Judd Wilson: We're actually gonna play a clip, um, uh, from at night. And actually it's, this is what he said when you were about to exit the stage, and we'll kind of talk a little bit about that.

[00:08:49] Justin Forsett: It's too many of us that are so individualistic that we think the world consumes only of us and our dreams and our goals.

[00:08:55] Justin Forsett: But don't realize when we invest in our teammates, we invest in our team and our [00:09:00] organization and our culture to help take us to a, a championship level. The great Kobe Bryant once said that his game went to the next level in the interview. When he started investing in his teammates, when he found out what made them tick, what motivated them.

[00:09:13] Justin Forsett: Because if you knew he got them to their dreams, it was gonna be a better all performance for the organization and for our overall team. But we have to have that mindset. We have to have, create space for us to have connection, deep rich connection. So we have the kin chemistry, so we have the culture to go out and dominate when we have those opportunities.

[00:09:31] Judd Wilson: So why is it important as leaders to invest in other people's dreams?

[00:09:35] Jenna Harris: Oh, so inspiring that clip. I love it. He was an amazing speaker. And so it's so, like you said, important to invest in other people's dreams. 'cause it's collaboration and it's that teamwork that gets us to where we're going.

[00:09:48] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:09:49] Jenna Harris: As a good leader, you need to know what makes your team tick.

[00:09:52] Jenna Harris: Like he said in this quote, when Kobe Bryant found it out. That's what we need to find out. What gets you excited? What gets you motivated to come into [00:10:00] work? Is it providing for your family? Is it saving up for the dream vacation? Is it because you truly care about the cause you work for? And it can be a range of things, but figuring out what that dream is.

[00:10:11] Jenna Harris: Yeah. What makes you tick so that you'll build that connection with leadership. And I think that's also, we talked about coming down to Mississippi and just getting to know the community that's part of those stories. When we learn other people's stories. What's, where'd you come from? What's your dream?

[00:10:25] Jenna Harris: Where are you going? It builds community.

[00:10:28] Judd Wilson: Yeah. Yeah. And, and, and there's a little bit of vulnerability when you share your dream with another person, isn't it?

[00:10:35] Jenna Harris: There is, there's, you know, you never know what's gonna happen. Some people will laugh at you, they'll tell you that's unrealistic and it's not gonna happen.

[00:10:41] Jenna Harris: Other people are gonna cheer you on and champion that cause for you. Some will open doors.

[00:10:46] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:10:46] Jenna Harris: So it's this whole range and you have to like be vulnerable and break your, you

[00:10:50] Judd Wilson: gotta be willing to share

[00:10:51] Jenna Harris: Exactly.

[00:10:52] Judd Wilson: To get to get that. So, absolutely. So y'all were riding in an imaginary car. Yes. As I recall listening to the different song.

[00:10:58] Judd Wilson: And you, you danced [00:11:00] fine by the way.

[00:11:00] Jenna Harris: See if he would've asked me for Chacha slide or. Or even Cupid Shuffle.

[00:11:05] Judd Wilson: You would've been fine.

[00:11:06] Jenna Harris: Yes, yes. But electric slide, I need a, I need a refresher on

[00:11:09] Judd Wilson: that. But Justin says, Jenna, what's your dream? And I remember what you said, but tell the audience what you said.

[00:11:14] Jenna Harris: Yeah. My dream is to give keynotes. I wanna be on stages like Ignite.

[00:11:18] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:11:19] Jenna Harris: Go out and share those stories about how we can be better leaders in the community.

[00:11:24] Judd Wilson: And, and, and, and so then he said this quote and said, Hey, this is her dream audience. Get behind her. Get behind her. So you're no, uh, stranger to the stage.

[00:11:34] Judd Wilson: You actually have a TED talk, so you can, you can YouTube, Jenna Harris, uh, Ted talk and it'll pop up. Yes. But I love this quote. You started with this. You say your thoughts shape your leadership. Leadership shapes, communities, and communities shape the future. And as you mentioned already, mindset is your greatest leadership asset.

[00:11:55] Judd Wilson: Talk a little bit about that and then kind of how you got to do that Ted [00:12:00] talk.

[00:12:00] Jenna Harris: Absolutely. So our thoughts shape our leadership. We can't expect clarity or good decision making if we don't know what's going on inside our heads. 'cause your thoughts are going to drive everything that happens if you've been ruminating on a thought all day.

[00:12:15] Jenna Harris: Well, it's gonna come out at some point.

[00:12:16] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:12:17] Jenna Harris: So we have to be cognizant and aware of what's going on in our heads. Everything from when we wake up in the morning, are we thinking it's gonna be a good day? Here we go. Or do we think, oh, I hate my alarm clock. Like, which mindset are you starting your day with?

[00:12:34] Jenna Harris: It makes a huge impact.

[00:12:36] Taylor Tutor: Yeah.

[00:12:36] Jenna Harris: And when I realized that we can actually take our thoughts captive, that we don't have to be a victim to our thoughts. That unlocked so many opportunities. 'cause for so long I thought that what was in my head was in my head and I couldn't change it. And I was just gonna cycle and think on all of these thoughts that, just anything that popped in.

[00:12:57] Jenna Harris: But we have the power to take [00:13:00] those thoughts captive to actually be cognizant and aware of what's in our heads.

[00:13:03] Judd Wilson: Yeah. Yeah.

[00:13:04] Jenna Harris: It's so fascinating to me.

[00:13:06] Judd Wilson: So you mentioned your husband's a coach, but Coach Jenna, I think you just coached me up right then. That's what it is really, isn't it?

[00:13:13] Jenna Harris: Yes. His leadership coaching, getting in the, getting in our heads, he does more of the yelling side.

[00:13:18] Jenna Harris: He's a football coach, so he's got the whistle and the field and

[00:13:22] Judd Wilson: Yes, yes. But, but it's true. I mean, I, I know even with, with his athletes, he's, he's changing the mindset, right?

[00:13:28] Jenna Harris: Absolutely. So whether it's you need to lift a heavier weight, like get in the weight room, train yourself to get to a heavier weight, it doesn't happen overnight.

[00:13:36] Jenna Harris: You can't go from lifting 200 pounds to 300 pounds in a day. And that's the same thing in our heads. So we can't go from negative thinking to immediate positive thinking in a day. It's a process of taking our thoughts captive. And so science actually proves this too. Yeah, I could talk about this for hours.

[00:13:53] Jenna Harris: I love, I love it hours, but neuroplasticity in our heads. So every time we think a thought neurons fire [00:14:00] together. And so the more you repeat that thought, the stronger that pathway becomes. So if you are constantly thinking. I'm not good enough. I will never be the leader I need to be. Nobody respects me as a leader.

[00:14:12] Jenna Harris: If you're constantly thinking those thoughts,

[00:14:15] Judd Wilson: you're gonna live up to that.

[00:14:16] Jenna Harris: Exactly. Yeah, exactly. But neuroplasticity means we can change those pathways. So if we fire a thought in a new direction, take that negative thought captive and say, but I can grow in my leadership. I will be a good leader someday.

[00:14:32] Jenna Harris: Let me read this leadership book, let me Grow. You are re reevaluating your thoughts and you're creating a new pathway, and over time that'll be a stronger, healthier path

[00:14:45] Judd Wilson: and it'll, it'll probably change your actions, which those actions will become a habit to become a better leader, right?

[00:14:50] Jenna Harris: Absolutely. Yes.

[00:14:52] Jenna Harris: One of my favorite books that talks about this is called Get Out of Your Head by Jenny Allen. Phenomenal book. Highly recommend it. Yeah. I give, [00:15:00] that's the book I've given away to most people is the book I've in my copy's, got highlights in it and notes and it talks about that, about how our thoughts shape our actions and what that looks like on a practical level.

[00:15:12] Jenna Harris: It's, oh, it's fascinating to me. I could talk about it for so long.

[00:15:16] Judd Wilson: So let me, let me ask you this. We can rewind the tape. Um, I didn't ask her what her age was. She gave it up 26 going on 27. Yes. Um, your passion for leadership, when did that start? I mean, 'cause you know, I mean, there's not a lot of 26 year olds walking around as passionate about leadership as you are.

[00:15:34] Judd Wilson: So what, what started that upbringing? Mentors kind of, kind of talk, talk us through that a little bit.

[00:15:40] Jenna Harris: Yeah, so I've been blessed to be in an amazing family. My parents brought me to church every Sunday, like they are the best parents I could ask for wonderful, healthy family life. And so they showed me what good leadership looks like.

[00:15:53] Jenna Harris: Yeah. Through their actions, whether it was in the family or getting to watch them at work, what they were doing. So that kind of started me [00:16:00] on that train of what good positive leadership can look like. The first time I was ever able to speak on a stage. I remember I was a freshman in high school and I got, went with my, um, youth group Yeah.

[00:16:11] Jenna Harris: On a short term missions trip. Right. And ultimately, those, those impact you more than it impacts who you're going to. But that's another topic for another day. But my youth pastor said, Jenna, we need someone to share with the congregation on Sunday morning about the trip. Would you like to do that? I was like, okay, you know, I'm, I'm outgoing, I can do this.

[00:16:29] Jenna Harris: Sure. But that was my first taste of what it feels like to share a message with people and to know that words impact lives. I mean, like that's something you hear all the time. Like be careful what you say. Yeah. You know, your words are sharp. But to know that what you speak can speak hope, it can speak truth, it can speak growth and life into people.

[00:16:51] Jenna Harris: Like that's a superpower. Yeah. Like that's incredible that we have the capability to do that. And we can do it in a boardroom, we can do it over coffee at a local coffee shop. We can [00:17:00] do it at the library, we can do it on the phone, but our words have power. So that was the first time I really realized the gravity of speaking and of words.

[00:17:09] Jenna Harris: And ever since then I was like, okay, here we go. Here we go. How can I get to this goal of being able to speak hope into people?

[00:17:16] Judd Wilson: Yeah. Yeah. Talk about the authenticity of, of not only the words, but the actions of doing that too. 'cause I know sometimes our words have power, but. Really our actions do as well.

[00:17:27] Jenna Harris: Right.

[00:17:28] Judd Wilson: And a great leader kind of makes sure they do both right?

[00:17:31] Jenna Harris: Absolutely. So you've, you know, you've heard that saying actions speak louder than words.

[00:17:34] Judd Wilson: Yeah.

[00:17:35] Jenna Harris: And so it's all about having them hand in hand. What you say has to match up with what you do and what you do has to match up with what you say.

[00:17:43] Jenna Harris: And so that can be really tricky as a leader, you know, especially if you're leading a team of people and they all have different personalities and you've got your own personality, and then you have a home life that you have to think about. And all of these extracurriculars. It can be tricky, but I think it's that vulnerability to be able to [00:18:00] own up when you make a mistake and admit it to the team, you know, like, Hey, I said this and it didn't actually happen.

[00:18:05] Jenna Harris: I'm so sorry. I'm going to do better.

[00:18:08] Judd Wilson: Yeah,

[00:18:08] Jenna Harris: and meaning it when you say you're going to do better, but that authenticity and vulnerability to show that this is who I am and it's being the same person at work as you are at home, as you are at church. I've heard that said a lot that you need to be the same person you are on Sunday morning in the pew as you are on Saturday night at home.

[00:18:27] Jenna Harris: Yeah, like you need to be the same person. Throughout the week.

[00:18:30] Judd Wilson: And if you have young kids, that same person when you're driving to church.

[00:18:34] Jenna Harris: Yes.

[00:18:35] Judd Wilson: That was always stressful for my parents, I think.

[00:18:37] Jenna Harris: Yes. Get up, get outta the house. Come on, go on. We're gonna be late. Yes. So to have that authenticity and that vulnerability to be the same person, that way you never have to worry about if your actions are gonna match your words because that's who you are.

[00:18:50] Judd Wilson: Yeah. Yeah. So it's important for leaders to train. It's important for leaders to. To gain knowledge through all kinds of different things. Talk a little bit about [00:19:00] why you like the at night conference so much.

[00:19:02] Jenna Harris: Ooh. How much time do we have?

[00:19:05] Judd Wilson: You? You got a little time. You got a little time for

[00:19:06] Jenna Harris: it? Question. I love it.

[00:19:07] Jenna Harris: So I've been twice now. Uh, I actually saw my very first year was when John Acuff was speaking.

[00:19:13] Judd Wilson: Yeah, yeah.

[00:19:14] Jenna Harris: And I am a huge John Acuff fan. Yeah. I've read all his books. You know, I was able to hear him when he spoke at the Global Leadership Summit. Um, and so when I saw that he was coming to Tupelo, Mississippi.

[00:19:24] Jenna Harris: I was like, oh, I've gotta get a ticket. Have to get a ticket. Here we go. Um, and so really that was the only reason I was coming to the very first Ignite. I didn't really know much about what it was. I just knew that a leader I looked up to was going to be there.

[00:19:35] Judd Wilson: Yeah, yeah.

[00:19:36] Jenna Harris: But when I got there, it was this community of people who were wanting to make each other better, wanting to get to know each other, ready to grow together.

[00:19:46] Jenna Harris: And those booklets that Ignite provide. Mm-hmm. It's where you can take notes and scribble down. Oh, so helpful. I've got two booklets now full of notes and highlights, and I go back and I look at them and I'm like, oh, someone, someone said this. What did Noelle say this year? Yeah, yeah. And I'll go [00:20:00] back and look.

[00:20:01] Jenna Harris: And so I love that we are able to grow together and it's in person. So if there are questions there, I can, you know, elbow the person beside me, Hey, what, what do you think they meant when they said this? Yeah, like, how, how does, how do you do this in your work? How can I do this in my work? And then those intentional networking sessions after the talks where you can not whisper anymore, you can act, you can talk to people about what this means and what it looks like and how we can grow together.

[00:20:25] Jenna Harris: In business.

[00:20:26] Judd Wilson: Awesome. Awesome. Well, Jenna, thank you so much. Number one for what you do in our area and in our state and our community, but also thank you for, for what you do for leadership in our area and then also being on the Ignite Cast. It's good to have you here, and we thank you for, for what you do and we, and we thank you for your mindset.

[00:20:45] Jenna Harris: Oh, thank you. It's been an honor.

[00:20:46] Judd Wilson: Yes, pleasure.
